Behind the comfortable, safe and convenient heating systems of Mescoli Caldaie there are a design team and a technical department – with an adjacent laboratory – that are committed to implementing integrated systems and studying functional accessories. Yet, the beating heart of the company is the production department where technology, craftsmanship, experience and innovation come together.
Each processing phase – from laser cutting to bending, from manual welding to assembly – is an integral part of the company’s heritage and is carried out on Italian raw materials using cutting-edge processing techniques.
Production takes place exclusively in Italy, among the rows of cherries on the hills of Modena, the same setting that has seen the development of Mescoli Caldaie since 1962. A production process supervised by highly specialized personnel who follows strict criteria and chooses only the best materials and suppliers in the area. Ceramic, cast iron, steel and electronic components are carefully machined and assembled to form the boiler body.
Each piece is tested for strength and hydraulic tightness to ensure quality, safety and optimal performance. The elements used to supply spare parts are kept and made available even years later: it is the icing on the cake of a path centered on the Customer.
